📦 返品ポリシーについて / About Our Return Policy
当店は古書・稀覯本を専門に扱っております。商品はすべて一点もので、同一商品の交換・再発送はいたしかねます。返品が承認された場合は返金にて対応いたします。
We specialize in antiquarian and rare books. Each item is one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged or reshipped. Approved returns will be refunded.

お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。商品ページに記載のない欠陥、または当店の発送ミスによる場合に限り、商品到着後7日以内のご連絡に限り返品を承ります。
We do not accept returns due to customer preference. Returns are only accepted for undisclosed defects or shipping errors on our part, within 7 days of receipt.

返品にあたっては以下の条件が適用されます。

Item must be in the same condition as received - 未使用であること
Unused - 元のパッケージに入っていること
In its original packaging - レシートまたは購入証明があること

📋 返品の手続き / How to Request a Return
返品をご希望の場合は、まず下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。事前のご連絡なしに返送された商品は受け付けることができません。
To request a return, please contact us first. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
返品が承認された場合、返品配送ラベルおよびパッケージの発送方法・発送先に関する手順書をお送りします。
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ 破損・不良品・誤送について / Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
商品到着時に必ずご確認ください。商品に欠陥・破損がある場合、または誤った商品が届いた場合は、早急にご連絡ください。状況を確認し、適切に対応いたします。
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
💳 返金について / Refunds
返品を受領し検査が完了しましたら、承認可否をメールにてお知らせします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法へ自動的に返金いたします。
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
返品受領から16営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合は、下記までご連絡ください。
If more than 16 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
